I write these so that we all know exactly where we stand from the start.
Firstly, I will never share your details with a third party. I assume that you want privacy and so I do not share my work for all to see. This is how I have always worked.
Secondly, I do ask for payment at the start of a project. I then commit myself 100% to your project. I will not start without any payment. I’m afraid that this is not a point for discussion.
Thirdly, there are no refunds once payment has been made as I start immediately.
Fourthly, if we agree on a plan, but then that plan is changed so that work is repeated, I retain my right to seek additional payment.
Lastly, I am available all the time (within waking hours) for you to contact me about any aspect of your project with me. I will keep you informed.
