Yes I can walk, but run? I have signed up for a MapMyRun year long competition to run 1000km in 2016. Of course, I want to freebies it promised, but I also want to feel better and less stressed. I’ve noticed that when I walk vigorously, I feel much calmer but why? This video explains further and gives me the impetus to “just do it”!
